physical size of hanging beef carcass

i'm trying to design my home butcher shop/cooler/slaughter area. being ignorant, i have no idea what the physical size of a hanging half or quarter is? can anybody tell me?

the rail needs to be at least 7' above the floor. your hook length gives you adjustments for longer or shorter carcass

it wont be that thick for a half but having it away from the wall will allow good air circulation
