Looks familiar (and handy as heck with those shut off valves). My sister has a 3 bedroom home with a big pex manifold sorta like that--it's a double side by side. Hot on one side-cold on the other. If I ever run hot & cold water out to my little shop, I may go pex if it is something that can be direct burial.
