i was looking at my heifers sire Mossy oak and saw that he was a PHA carrier... i was wondering can she possibly pass it on to her calves?

Yes she can definitely pass it on. Do a search on showsteers or google and you will find a lot of info. Also, there is a test you can give her to find out if she is a carrier.

Glad you posted the link. I couldn't remember or didn't know what it was and didn't want to ask for reasons angie was refering to in cattleman1 thread and then she got jumped on for that.

ok thank you all i told my dad an he freaked out that he bought a heifer that could possibly throw bad calves. i will more than likely get that test for her. do you know where i can get it??
