Any thoughts on this ABS bull? I've got a group of heifers that I'm going to breed in May, and this bull caught my eye. His growth numbers are phenomenal with a decent $en value and moderate milk. I'd like to see a little higher CE number for heifers and his act bw of 89#s scared me a little.
I bred a fall group to SAV Bruiser, and may just use him for this group too.

I like him too. I wanted to order semen on him. My ABS rep said he was currently on back order. I plan to use him when I can get him. I also used Bruiser on a few of our heifers this year. Not sure if they stuck yet. Preg check in Feb. The 89# does seem a little high. I just looked at his current EPDs. He is +.4 BW at .91 accuracy. I would think he would be okay for well developed heifers.
