Someone mentioned a patch for determining when a cow is in heat. I did a search, but couldn't find it. Can someone enlighten me on the details? Thanks!
Probably was HeatWatch . It does monitor the heat cycle and will tell you times and mounts on cattle that stand . Operates from a computer , cow wears a patch with a transmitter in it that sends radio frequency signal when mounted. I use it on my beef operation with tremendous success . I also sell them for the company, (CowChips, LLC) . Got http://www.heatwatch.com for more info.
