Though some people may be interested to see our herd bull Rossco & how he's developed over the last 12 months

This is a photo taken when he was 1 year old at the time I wasn't too impressed with his butt shape but I thought I would give him a bit more time to mature.

This is Rossco taken Christmas 2012 out in the paddock in working clothes running with 12- 15 cows

This photo was taken 1 year to the day of the first photo now a 2 year old Rossco, I think is getting better with age.

Did I mention anywhere he is a Lowline?

Below are some of his first calves they are out of a mix of Highland, Murray Greys, Angus & Jeangus cows. Unfortunately the photos don't show how stocky these guys all are. The heifers I'm thinking of keeping & eventually using a Square Meater bull as a 3rd cross

It looks like he came along nicely. The calves look good too. I can see you have the same thistles that we have......hate those blasted things.

Hey Hoss, yeah he's come along real good we're happy with how he's going (or I should say I am) The farm has gotten a little run down over the past 2 years so we have quite a few thistles & blackberry bushes that we're now getting on top of

I would be careful "getting on top of" the thistles and blackberry bushes! Eliminate them prior to riding them. ( a little humor there!)
