What is the best way to seed orchard grass on an existing pasture?

I realize orchard grass establishes better than most. Do you have any tips on interseeding it into bluegrass or thimothy sod?

Make sure whatever you drill it into is very short or sparse and drill it in early enough that it can get established a but before the other grasses get too much of a jump on it.
