I thought I would start this new topic after reading Herefordsire's "Polled Hereford Semen" thread.


I can not ever remember seeing an official report from one the owners of Remitall Online's death. I've heard from different people [no owners] and seen on web sites, talk of his injury and death. If you look at one of Star Lake sale catalogs under referance sire's it does not say he's deceased. It does for 29f who died last year. If you look on Star Lake's web site under semen sales it does not say he's dead. Again it does for 29f. If you look at the Remitall site, it says nothing of his death. It does say semen "Limited Quantity Available". That not saying he's dead. Maybe I've watched to many X-Files reruns here lately

What was orginally reported HERE was that he herniated himself in a trailer loading accident going to some show, Texas A&M vets worked on him, that went poorly, they couldn't collect on him, and the owner's asked the insurance company to let them put him down. Then we started hearing that he WAS dead.....I am trusting and believed it, but no I have not read anything OFFICIAL.

Just clone him and castrate the original (if that would eliminate his suffering) and let him hang out at the ranch in Canada!?!?!?!

When I seen him last, long after his operation, he was not suffering any pain that I could see, he actually took off running down the lane, he was in real good shape. If cloning really worked like that, there would be a lot of little Online's running around. MMMmmmaybe there are

If you miss him THAT much....hire him as a consultant. PM him and I think he will respond. I am sure that he is available if you want to fly him into Arkansas for 3 or 4 days of brain storming and a $3000 consultant's fee.

I don't believe that I have ever seen Online in person (that I can remember). Your the one here who has seen Online most recently. He has either been put down and the insurance paid or he still breathes. Why don't you call Star Lake or Remitall? I can't think of any reason for them not to tell you.

I really can't either, but I'd never do it. I know they have better things to do than listen to my dumb idea's.
