We got these two hereford heifers last year in June. They were six months old. Now they are are young lady herefords. They look great, are frisky and fit and have grown a mile! We rented a hereford bull and he stayed in their pasture for 45 days unti just a few days ago

We did not see any,,,well you know,,,but I assume they were bred.
My question is this,,,how do I tell if they are pregnie? You know knocked up?

Would help to know around when they would have been bred tho, cant really palpate them till around 45 days bred, you can have a bloodtest or ultra-sound done at 30 days. But you would have to know around when they were covered.

wait 60 days after you pulled the bull.an have them preg checked.a vet sould be able to tell if their bred at 120 days.
