Got my grandpa's threshing machine home this weekend

Amazing that the wrighting from the 40s is still there grandpa would custom thresh for people and the names and weight are wrote all over in pencil the thresher was never under a roof in its lifetime I had to cut a lot of trees to get it out and load on a trailer

The tractor that used to run it

The plan is put them together and put at end of lane and put my ranch sign on thresher.

Nice unit!, there's a couple around here very similar. Have you seen our little Allis Chalmers All-Crop 40? it's a WEENIE little combine, 40" pickup.. we rebuilt it and it works alright for what we need... we grow and mill our own wheat, an acre lasts us 10 years

That's neat. I especially like the writing. It's hard not to feel connected to who you really are when you deal with stuff that old and realize that it's in your blood and that writing really makes it personal.
