There is always the option to make an offer. A couple of those animals I looked up seemed to be good bulls.
The semen is stored in VA and can be shipped anywhere USA. Came with a tank I purchased, and I do not have any of those breeds, but I have had the experience of old semen in my breed being destroyed because the rent was not paid, and that was a tragic loss, so hoped there would be those who would be interested in older bloodlines. Do not know, but would think a person would not collect an animal, considering the expense, that had no merit.

Someone may have thought they had merit, and, in their day, they might have. There are a few bulls collected in the 1950s, 1960s that might have a use today, but most would not.
Even bulls collected in the 2010s have fallen by the wayside, surpassed in passing on traits that are desired today by newer, 'hotter' sires...whether the newer models are really better or not, may be a proven fact, or may just be popular opinion.

The biggest problem in there are only one straw of each. It would be nearly impossible to impact a breeding program with one straw, unless you intend to flush and make embryos. Advertise locally, you might find someone willing if they can avoid shipping costs.
