Offshore Outsourcing

I had this experience several times this week dealing with Dad's life insurance agency. Finally called his retired agent at his home and complained about it. Still no fax. I bet I tried 10 times to get info faxed to Longterm Care, trying to get the folks qualified for Medicaid. Finally, the caseworker did a three way call with me telling her what info to input and she had to hear the cash value herself before she believed that whole life policy was a POS and it wasn't worth anything.

Qualified on the last day I had left. What a relief and what a frustration. I was trying to do all that and work because the office was closed by the time I get home. The local office could not help me.

I hope the lousy guy who sold my dad that policy can't sleep nights.
