Whats the best way to get rid of nutsedge? I planned to pluck seed heads and spot spray but it's everywhere, if I use outrider it will effect my clover but I know it will kill the nutsedge. And at the point its in (seedheads) I'm gonna be fighting it again next year. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Gordon makes a 24D with something added as it says Yellow Nutsedge control on the label and it does what it says it does. More expensive than their regular 24D but maybe 1.5x. Atwoods Farm Stores stock it here; maybe TSC also but haven't looked for it there.

Why do you want to kill the nutsedge? My cattle like it.

What keeps it from taking over your pasture? It's very aggressive from my experience. My cows eat it just not their favorite. I've just always been taught that you don't want it anywhere, of course I used to hear that abut crabgrass now I plant it in my pastures.

I haven't had that problem. I only have a little in the low spots. I'm guessing it's because it's dryer out here.

I've had good luck with generic SedgeHammer in lawns.
