great article on how the Australian NLIS is helping to identify lost cattle, and helping to return them to their rightful owners.
The post gives details on how the animal traceability system is working for the farmer right now... a great read about RFID, tracking and how it is not being used at the moment for disease traceability, but how it is bring livestock home, after the cyclcone that hit Australia.
