The Image Resizer Powertoy from Microsoft allows you to
resize one or several image files with a right-click. You can
download this Powertoy from Microsoft site. After installing, right-click an Image file (the actual file, not the image) and select the size you want it reduced to. It saves the new, smaller file with a different file name.
