New Years Resolution?

Mines simple, just try and make it to the next New Year.

You have a point. No other resolution amounts to a cup of cold water if you are not here to enjoy it.

I think I'm going to try and go to the movie theater more! I went for the first time this year just last night. And that was the first time in about 3 years! So I think trying to see 2 movies in theaters would be a good goal for this new year

Work harder.
I sure hope you make to whatever your working towards.
I don't know about fence but some of use are just work addicts! That don't really need anything to work for. We just do it because. That's why my goal is to see 2 movies in theaters! I kinda forgot how nice it is just to go do something for fun! So I'm going to try and do that a little more

Thought 17 was a good year, if 18 is better than that is great, biggest thing is that I hope everyone stays healthy, or the rest doesn't really matter.

GB, hope 18 is a better year for you, hope everything is getting back to normal after the floods, happy New Year to you and your family.

To find somewhere to live without pine trees, high humidity, floods or hurricanes.[/quot

You could move to Spur Texas and downsize your living. I think my goal for 2018 is to sell all of the cows and equipment and see what it will be like just doing nothing. Health is pretty good no joints replaced only the eyes and plastic lenses are not better than the original.

Sounds good to me. I really enjoy movies in theaters. I try to never forget how to just enjoy myself. It’s like the old saying that’s something like, “nobody ever said on his deathbed, gee, I wish I’d spent more time at the office.”

Speaking of Movies.

I bought Fistful Of Dollars on DVD to celebrate the New Year. That was the first movie I saw in a theatre in 1964. I was 14.

Wow: What a difference time has made!!! I thought that was the greatest movie of all time.

I was totally disappointed. I literally slept through most of it. It must have been written by a 14 year old and thus appealed to my limited experiences in life.

Ron - LOL - you are 3 years YOUNGER than me.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE.
I have no resolutions, other than to continue having as much fun doing exactly what I love to do.
Having full time help living with me (my nephew) has DECREASED my workload. We get all our "work" done during the day and don't plan any major projects on weekends - well, most of our shows & sales are on weekends - but I LOVE them.
I can still climb over fences, duck under fences, carry 5 gallon buckets of water, wrestle a calf, drive deer (potentially!!!) for hours to my family members, shoot deer & field dress it. Definitely not as strong as I used to be, but strong enough for a little old lady.
Loving life. Healthy except for poor hearing. Still hear, just hard time understand WHAT I'm hearing. LOL
