new years babies

Here are 2 calves born on new years day. Just got pics of em today.
The brown and white paint is a heifer, and the red and white roan is a bull.

The bull is stickin his tongue out at me.

Your pictures prove there is more difference within breeds than between breeds Ryan. Those are nice calves looking from a beef producers perspective. They are as good as any cattle, any color on average.

I'm not too far from Dickenson. Your cattle put that group to shame.

thanks for the comments. having non-longhorn breeders compliment the cattle, ranch and breeding program that I am apart of really makes me feel good about what we are doing.
