New Holland 354 Mixer Mill

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about the New Holland 354 mixer-mill? Or NH mills in general?

I talked to a guy that has one for less than $1000 and was thinking about driving up to look at it. Seems like a low price to me?

We had one for awhile with a similar number - seemed like it was NH356. Payed around that for it. Had to replace the augers, used it a little while then the bottom just rusted comepletely out - should have checked it a little closer when we bought it.
