I prefer to plow down manure in the spring but get tired quickly of hauling with a smaller spreader. NH is pretty common here, so I am looking at gearing up to two used NH 676 or 680 size manure spreaders.
Is the old ratchet style 676 drive OK for reliability or should I steer clear of it?
Is there any advantage in going with a Meyer or a New Idea spreader rather than a New Holland?
