Went out the other day to break in the new heifer for Canberra Royal show. Here she is, Rosita, 8 months old:
This is her little friend, Connie. She isnt going to any shows at the moment, because she is no where near the quality of the other heifer (we feel). However, we broke her in because the Connie bloodlines tend to mature late and look nice around 18 months, so that way if she turns out alright she will already be broken in.
And this is an updated picture of our bull, Bonanza. Not sure what we are going to do with him at the moment. Bek, I thought you might particularly like to see how your buddy is going Picture doesnt do him justice, though. He's one of those animals that is just so hard to photograph. He's looking more and more like his sire every day.
