New heifer

Picked up this PB Angus heifer 2 weeks ago. Will have to get better pictures. 830lbs at 8 months. Dam Goes Back to the Newsline bull and not sure about the sire. She doesn’t look near as nice in the pictures as she does in person.. What do you think? I’m happy. Got to see her dam and sire in person and they were both very nice.

She has put a few pounds on in her 2 1/2 weeks here. I feed a 1 gallon pail of feed between her and another heifer each day. Slipped a halter on her so will try tie her this weekend or early next week.

A little longer, yes. Not too terrible long.

Under all the white fungus is some really uneven break your ankle ground so it been hard getting good pictures...

Just goes to show ya how pics can be deceiving. No comparison between the initial late December photo & current. Pretty heifer!
