I have decided to save my egg money and go to AI & Palpation school. My husband has reached an age where it is difficult for him to breed a cow. He doesn't have the feeling in his hands and has some arthritis in them too. Wish me luck please.

I've considered going, but I would prefer my wife do it. Better still would be if one of my kids developed an interest. It's not because I don't want to, I just want the skills distributed among the family.

I just got back from AI class at Genex/CRI last week!

It was a very interesting four days. I AI'd my first heifer this morning and the two cows should be coming into heat real soon.
