With the shortage of people not on the government payroll it is hard to find someone willing to work outside of an air conditioned office complex. To make matters more difficult, homeland defense, border patrol and other agencies have been on vacation so its hard to screen out the legal workers from the illegal. Fortunately, homeland security insures that we hire no illegals by requiring us to get a valid drivers license as well as a social security card. But I'm perplexed. Should I hire Jose or not? I'd hate to be prejudice just cause he's from Mississippi.

Doesn't matter...the spin off is on the degradation of the woman...not about the illegality...and that just ain't right. Sorry, but that's the way I feel about it.

Don't you have to be alone in the picture on your drivers license makes me suspiciouse. Deffinately run a check on it. Some are good workers and others aren't worth a shift. My uncle hires a lot of hispanics for construction in LAs Vegas and if you short them 15 minutes of time they will brign their whole family in and yell at you but then they sit in the porta pots for half an hour insteadof working. He had trouble with some showing up late for work so he told them when they got there late that they didn't need them that day casue tehy had enough workers. They showed up every day on time after that becasue they don't like to waste money driving there and then not getting work. Hope it works out for you.

You're going to need a lot of practice Joe before you seek a political career. Firt thing you need to learn is how to talk for an hour straight without saying anything, and sound half decent while you're saying it.
