New Calf on the Place

The old paint cow had a nice little heifer calf on the 21st. Sure like to see these little ones. She brought the calf up to the herd today when I put out some cubes. Don't really know what she was bred to, the calf has some ears, might be some Brahman mix there. The cow by herself is the before "pictue."

That is one cute baby! Going by the white face, I'd say there is hereford somewhere is his/her's daddy's lineage - probably not to far back either, but could be wrong!
