Most people would have culled that one a long time ago. Single trait selection (phenotype) never works.

Hasn't produced any high quality calves (budget) in 3 years.

All of his progeny seemed to cost the producers more, rather than they increase income.

Pretty tough to stay sustainable using those genetics. IMO
