Had a calf born Friday, was healthy and robust. Saturday calf was down and had yellow scours. Took it to vet where he gave it electrolytes and Nuflor. Sunday calf was running around pen like a healthy new born, scours improved. Few days later, the scours returned. Took to vet again where they gave it IV fluids. Really perked calf up and began feeding normally, stools still yellow and soft but no scours. 3 days later the scours came back again. I have run out of money for the vet. Gave it more nuflor. Have been alternating electrolytes and milk every four hours by tube for the last four day. Calf still has yellow scours. Calf is weak and sick but does still stand every once and a while. How long do I keep this up? Any advice?

That's probably at least half of the problem. Plus not enough protein or energy to keep a calf healthy. However you have to do it, get some milk replacer of at least 20% protein and 20% fat and no soy products. Any even semi-decent feed store will have it. Tractor Supply even does. Get some of that and feed as directe4d on the bag. Medicated or non-medicated is your choice. I prefer medicated but there are others on here that prefer the other.
