I have the only grass in the district and suddenly my neighbour has a problem with his gates??
The sort of problem that involves discreetly closing some of my interior gates before theirs swings open.

I've just put their flock of sheep back and I've a low enough opinion of people (particularly these people) that I bet you they're just waiting till I go milking before that gate swings open again. I'm tempted to leave the road gate open - their discreet gate shutting didn't take them far enough to close my vegetable garden or house section before letting the sheep through, the road gate is the one past that.

Saw that in action one day and it appeared pretty effective. A fence was apparently very fragile and the 3 top wires kept breaking within inches of each other. After about the 4th time the land owner had enough. Across the road was a couple square miles of "open grazing" with no lack of black jacks, cedars and canyon bottoms.

leopards don't change their spots...

I've wired up every gate between the dairy farm and the ex-farm-owner's section this morning, till we fix up something more permanent.
And thankful to be working with a supportive new farm owner who took it on himself to do the confrontation bit and put the sheep back... I put the steers back.

sounds like you need to lock up all the gates they have access to.an see if they then cut the fences.
