I have a single animal seperated in the front lot.
Looked out this am to see it spinnig in circles with 4 dogs around it. Hollered the dogs took of to the neighbors house.
Now these things happen. Not the first time and it won't be the last I'm sure. (well it is for this dogs).
I attepmted to speak with the female adult backing a car out of the garage. Yes I was mad and my wife(the smart women she is) says I don't have a poker face. So it probably showed.
I told her the dogs were over bothering my stock. She says they are our dogs. But they stay here I see them, says I.
The next statement is the one that floored me.
WE PUT FOOD OUT BUT THEIR NOT OUR DOGS????????
I haven't got time for your schtizen or problems shoot them if you want.

Now in my opinion if you are providing food and safe habor for a dog you should be resposible for the animals. I'm not an educated person so this may or may not be a correct.
Let me know do I pull in my horns on this.

PS in this situation the writings already on the wall.
I was just thinking down the road. How do I think about this?
SS ? Forget the silent. I am not a quiet person. Nor do I think I should have to be.

Shoot shovel shutup is always the best method. I wouldnt have even said anything to the neighbor. They would already be dead and burried on my place. Then if the neighbor just so happened to come looking for them id play dumb and be like I havent seen em.

Good advice and use something big enough it drops in it's tracks.

The neighbors dogs would only chase my cattle once, before i would dispose of them.I would just shoot them, and then bury them.If he came looking for his dogs,i would just say i hadn't seen them.

Well I have to fess up.

There's a dead chicken in the front yard. Ole Bandit was layed up next to it. This happened a few years back and I tied the chicken to Bandit's back. I don't own chickens so this one came from my neighbor's place. The good neighbors.

Ole Bandit's days are numbered. I can't have a dog like that. If my neighbor "took care of it", I'd accept it. These are good folks.

Apparently someone popped Bandit with a BB gun or something because when I broke out the rifle, Bandit high tailed it. I didn't take a running shot for fear of crippling the dog up and it running off and dying.

This is my responsibility. I don't like it, but its the right thing to do. Its going to have to be quick though.
