Needing some advice.

I was thinking about getting into the club calf business. I've heard a lot of people talk about having plenty of neck extension and unique markings.

Found a stud today that I thought would be a sure thing to make some foundation dams. What do you think?

Jo, if you are ever interested, saw one today that I could check on for you. There was a lady in a group of young adults next to us that said "he was born in 2011, so he was only 3 years old." November 2011 mind you. ;-)

If it's horns are covered in skin and hair, is it considered polled?

Dang. Always a day late. Nah, don't need more of these back biters. I'm thinking wilderbeast crossed with a cape buffalo would be something I could use in my reality tv series Extreme Cow Wranglers. BTW - sterioids will be encouraged for the wranglers.

:nod: Yes, it does explain alot in this country. I would say, at least she has a job. But, then I would wonder how much time it will take to undue what she does.

I see one major problem. Your breeding stock does not have long enough hair.
Unless you want to add some Yak into the mix.

Add some Watusi or LH into that and you'll have some serious horn AND hair, but looks like someone already crossed a reg black hereford and a yak to get where it is now.
Think with a little more work it will go CAB?
