MYTTY IN FOCUS AAA 13880818 TATTOO 109

Help Support CattleToday:

I havent used him directly, but alot of his sons are doing very well everywhere, id think he does something right.

I love Mytty in Focus. I'm a small breeder but used him for a number of years and always thought his calves were some of my best. The heifers were nice, moderate sized and gentle. Wereeasy keepers and usually bred back without issues. I still have three five-year-old cows by Mytty in Focus in the herd. The bull calves were castrated and as steers yielded some nice carcasses in the eyes of my butcher. I wish his semen was more readily available -- especially the sexed semen. He may be an "oldie" but he is a "goodie," especially for use on first-calf heifers.

Unproven rumors kept me from using him - but with as many offspring as he has out there, if they were true, I'd think that folks would have backed away from him.
Have some SAF Focus of ER behind most of my Angus-influenced cattle, and they're good, but just never pulled trigger on MIF.
