That's scary. I wonder if the feds will have to compare the time line of the invention of their regulations and compare it to when he found the artifacts over his 80 years of collecting.

Feds are getting plumb silly over these rocks. My dad had a 5 gallon bucket full of arrowheads at one time. The rules the feds have right now would make most of them illegal, because he didn't document where he found each one.
