It's ba-ad taking holidays.
Don't worry about the caution, just read the threads from the old-timers here. I'm in doubt how seriously anyone regrets working too hard and taking too many risks.
Maybe Alan should do a poll on it?

btw, I don't think you qualify for middle age till at least forty. Unless you're five, then 'middle age' is about thirteen or fourteen.

We all need to watch Zorba The Greek from time to time. What a passion for life he had, affirming that through defeats one can only truly enjoy life's victories. We need to get out, taste and live our live's to the fullest no matter what age we are.
 
Oh, forgot to add - John actually hit the nail on the head, we all need that good lovin', it is most important. I've seen to many people age, shrivel up into raisins and turn sour for not having it. It's not an elixir for life but it certainly keeps one youthful :P
