Getting ready for a September/flowering stage treatment on Sericea with MSM60. My questions are: which small grains (wheat/rye/oats) can I plant after treatment? I understand wheat SHOULD be fine but curious about potential problems with Rye and Oats. I'd like to no-till drill a somewhat diverse mix for winter grazing but open to other species that are compatible with the upcoming herbicide. Thanks in advance for your insight!

Thank you. Based on one label I have seen , it called for 4/10 oz per acre in order to treat Sericea. Running that hot, I may not be able to follow up plant anything. Hoping someone on here has done it successfully or knows that it will not work.

The recommended rate for Sericea was .4oz per acre but I ended up putting down .5oz per acre per OKST field test studies of effectiveness on Sericea.

That label was for .1oz rate.

We also put down 2-4D with the MSM 60.

I will only be drilling grasses in next year as no other legumes or brassicas will stand up to the residual at this .5oz rate.

Wanted to post what I found out so that it may help others in the future.
