Just some pictures of some Red Angus calves. Pretty happy so far with how they are coming along! The grass is good and it shows in the way they are growing.
4 yr old cow with Mar 23 born heifer calf
bull calf born April 9 - 78lb bw
bull calf born April 1 - 80lb bw
heifer calf born Mar 27. dam is a 4 yr old
1st calf heifer with her heifer calf (born Mar 24)
Half brothers (same sire)
calf on the left born Mar 28 - 81lb bw
calf on the right born Apr 2 - 92lb bw
same calf as the one on the left in the above picture. One of my favorites so far this year. Had a full brother in the bull pen last year that was pretty darn nice too.

left born: Mar 24 right born: Mar 31
they are determined they are going to chew something off this truck! Caught one gnawing on the tire last night...the block heater cord is another favorite. Good thing it's not a fancy truck :lol
