Do they have Moderators here on the cattle forum and if so do you know who they are ?

There are 3 moderators plus Macon. To contact any of them just send a pm to the moderator number of your choice. The moderators generally don;t wish to be known as to who they are and most of them when logged in use hidden for the display of their being logged in.
