Our catalog is posted at http://www.missourisimmental.com for anyone interested. Almost 100 lots consigned, mostly breds and pairs. About fifteen or so bulls from yearlings to three year olds.
Really excited about this one, there is a lot of selection there.

I am happy to report we had a great sale today! We consigned 4 head, a bull, pair, heavy bred cow, and a show heifer and every one of them brought more than we were wanting, so we come home with an empty trailer and a few less mouths to feed!!!! Praise God!!!

I was amazed at the prices for the breds' and pairs. Our bred, due in 5 days, brought $2800. She was 4 year old. Our pair, a really nice two year old with a 30 day old (very nice) bull calf, brought $3000. The open heifers were low, most bringing around $1500 (ours brought $2050). The money seemed to be with the breds/pairs. Bull prices were good, not great. Highest bull went for $3300, he was a three year old. Some sold as cheap as $1500 (yearlings). Ours went for $2100 (he was a yearling), so we did average. We were blessed, that is for sure!
