I ask this question because here in The United States we have laws like Civil Rights which I think is a good thing for American Citizens.....But when we have non citizens come from foreign countries and murder and mame ANYONE I don't think we should honor any kind of civil rights to them. They are visitors and should not have civil rights here.

Just thinking about the savage way these foreigners on English soil murdered this young man. Will England supply funds to pay for lawyers to defend them knowing they are guilty?
