Looks like there is a puncture wound there. Im wondering if there is a stick left inside. I'm not usually afraid of performing an operation but this is getting close to some critical infrastructure. If TC won't come do it I just might have to take him to the vet.

I have not. Just saw it yesterday. It's actually not centred under his belly but rather just off to the side.
