Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer 30 min in 350* oven.</p><p></p><p><u><strong>Sweet and Sour Meatballs</strong></u></p><p><u>Meatballs</u></p><p>2 lb hamburger</p><p>1/2 c bread(cracker) crumbs</p><p>1/2 c milk or water</p><p>salt and pepper to taste</p><p></p><p><u>Sauce</u></p><p>2 c brown sugar</p><p>2 TBSP flour</p><p>1/2 c vinegar</p><p>1/4 c water</p><p>2 TBSP soya sauce</p><p>1 TBSP ketchup</p><p></p><p>Mix together ingredients for meatballs. Form meatballs and brown. You can broil them in the oven or fry them in a frying pan. Place into casserole dish.</p><p></p><p>For sauce, in med sized pot, mix together Brown Sugar and Flour, then add vinegar, water, soya sauce and ketchup. Mix. Place over med heat and bring to a boil. Once sauce boils pour over meatballs. Place in oven for 1/2 hour or until boiling in 350* oven.</p></blockquote><p></p>
