Yeah, okay, getting your braces taken off after a couple of years of putting up with them is just probably one of the most minor "victories" (if you can call it that) that can happen in your (or my) life, but it sure happened to me. And nonetheless I was pretty happy to finally get them off (didn't even want them in the first place).

But at least I don't have to go through the aches and pains anymore, at least not until I get my teeth knocked out by a flying hoof or something similar to that (hope that don't happen, but it probably will.)

And yeah, I did have braces when I first started being on here...so what? No real biggy, but having no more metal things on your teeth and not getting teased about being a great TV antenna and having wires that are used in the constructural components of a F-18 fighter jet is a real bonus.

So, now I gotta put with a couple of $400 retainers for a couple more years, but at least they're removable (hate wearing them when I have to talk).

Yep, that's me and my teeth. :D

I've got one more tooth that has to come out and then I get a full set of brand new, never been used store bought teeth. :) Z

Yeah, well the best thing was that at least I had a good orthodontist to get my teeth fixed.

And Carlos, no, Dad doesn't want me to stop smilin' :D

Have a good one, :)

Oh! what a wonderful feeling it is when those things are finally removed. I had braces when I was younger and all the jokes about tram tracks and such like gone. Then I was in car accident and broke my jaw and on they went again, and they were wired together for 10 months lived on milk and soup, and my teeth have gone back to how they were before the things went on in the first place beacuse of the accident....
