I can't imagine the cost of this BS. I'm sure an ice breaker burns lots of diesel. A captain on a ocean going tug told me that they burn more than of 200 gallons of fuel per hour.

I think if they had any common sense when they saw all the ice they would have said, "Nope, no global warming" and turned around and been done with it. But that's just me.
