Probably from the name calling and insults. That's what usually gets the job done. I'm surprised the Art or Science thread hasn;t been locked for the same reason. Maybe it's just not gotten abusive enough yet

I don't think that (and I would be willing to bet there are many more that don't either), so the very broad term 'people' is incorrect!
