Maine Anjou Yearling Bull with Eye Bubble... Help!!?

I have a Maine Anjou yearling bull that is healthy and vibrant. I keep him in with the large bull and they both have horns. My question is... I noticed that he has some type of bubble looking thing above his right eye. It was bleeding the other day. Any help as to what it might be and what I should do?

i'd say the big bull hooked him with a horn, would keep an eye on it to see if it gets better or worse.

****UPDATE****

I have been checking on the "bubble" every couple hours and the bleeding has stopped. Which is a plus, but has yet to disappear. Also, I called a vet the other day as a couple of you had suggested. The vet said that she did not feel that it was of concern. She said if it begins to bleed again, it is most likely that the bulls are goin at it and to seperate them until it heals up. Thanks for your help!
