Mailing Beef??

I have a friend who lives in Jacksonville, Fla and I want to send her a couple steaks from a steer i just had processed :lol: .

Is it legal to mail steaks and stuff? If so how would you recomend I package them to arrive in good frozen condition.

Styrofoam Chest just big enough for the meat and a block of dry-ice. Second day delivery. Ship on Mon. or Tue.
