Lutelyse time frame

I gave a cow a shot of lute Friday pm. It's now Monday pm and she's trying to ride the other cow in the pasture.
Any ideas as to when I can expect standing heat, or is this it? At this point, the other cow is avoiding her almost completely.

can you put another cow or steer in with her. sometimes a cow just will not react much to a particular one in heat. , or will be very sneaky about it, if you have two or three in with her, it will be easier to tell. if both are textbook, she will be standing heat in morning, but these cows don't read the books., and she might be standing now, if she had someone interested in her. some will sorta pick partners sometimes.................

if i had no other choice, i would breed her in morn.
