hook that pork sure looks yummy on your grill.we have a friend that smokes porkbutts an briskets during the week when he has oders.an he is bringing us 2.5lbs of pulled pork sun morning.an thats going tobe my lunch along with his homemade bbq sauce.

Had some friends over and we put a hurtin on the food and libations.
Used a good rub, and a vinegar/lemon juice/worsecteshire(sp) based mop sauce.
The sauce kept the piggie moist. I skinned it because this all happened late in the evening and as it was I cleaned it out by flashlight. I really didn't feel like scalding at night too
