They all tend to go through stages. The yearling bull we kept back last year started out looking like a dandy. After weaning when he was turned out with the bred cows for the winter he turned to crap. Now he's starting to look like he has what he promised as a youngster. Yeah dun, Its funny how they do that. Do you think fall calves tend to go though stages worse than spring calves? That seems to be the case with me anyway.
