Waco I looked a little but not much. Probably not enough watering cows from trough's to make it worth it. Maybe I should develop some and sale it myself.

I know it is bound to be do able because there are some meds for parasites that you put in water and keep the cows penned up. It is an interesting idea if you invented it you might get rich.
