When doing paintball wear long sleeved shirts and multi layers.
Because when those little balls hit they leave a nice welt and a bull's eye type bruise, If hit in the joint expect the pain to travel to the next joint.
At last count I have 8 of those little welts.
But DANG that was fun.
Just got home from my 20th high school re-union and paintball was one of the activities.
