Leftover receipes

What's your favorite? This is mine-
leftover dressing in a backing dish
stewed yellow squash cooked with onion and butter on top..
top with cheese(velveta,or whatever you like)
Bake at 350f 'till cheese melts..
If the squash were cooked dry enough,this can be sliced to serve...

I like leftover spaghetti. Meat loaf sandwiches are good, too. Since Steve started living in Sherman during the week I seldom cook more than just me and the boy need at one sitting. He isn't a good left over eater.

After having a meal of roast chicken make chicken pot pie.It is the best especially if using fresh beans, peas and carrots.Nothing beats fresh ingredients.
